Valid reasons for returning an item include receiving a product that is physically destroyed or broken (damaged) or dead on arrival (defective). An incorrect product or an incomplete product (missing parts) also qualifies for a return.
Please note that you cannot return or exchange a product simply because you no longer need it. Changing your mind about a purchase, the product not meeting your specifications or not liking the product after opening the package are not valid reasons for a return or exchange.
